Still wondering about something? Ask our assistant in the corner, or call — the owner picks up.
Call (727) 505-5671We plan every setup around protecting your property. Ground mats or plywood go down under trucks and crane outriggers, and the crane actually reduces yard damage — sections are lifted up and out instead of dropped or dragged across the lawn. We'll show you where equipment will go before we start, and if anything gets disturbed, we fix it before we leave.
Emergencies jump the line. Our phone is answered 24/7, and for a tree on a house, car or blocking a driveway we dispatch as fast as conditions safely allow — often the same day. After major storms, calls are prioritized by danger. If a tree is touching a power line, stay clear and call your utility first — then call us.
Often, yes — when a tree falls on a covered structure (home, garage, fence), most policies help pay for removal, usually up to a set limit. A tree that falls in the yard without hitting anything is frequently not covered, and preventive removal of a healthy tree generally isn't either. Every policy differs, so check with your agent. We provide before-and-after photos and a detailed invoice for your adjuster.
Not usually. Once you've approved the estimate, we just need access — unlocked gates, pets inside, and vehicles moved out of the work zone. We'll call or text when we arrive and when we're finished. For crane jobs we may ask you to be reachable by phone.
It depends on your address and the tree. Florida law (§163.045) generally lets residential owners remove a tree documented as a danger by an ISA-certified arborist or Florida-licensed landscape architect without a local permit. Otherwise, county and city rules vary — Pinellas and its cities tend to be stricter, and HOAs may have their own rules. We'll check what applies to your property during the free estimate.
